Do you charge sales tax on orders?
Yes, we charge sales tax based on the State applied apparel tax.
Do you have a tax-exempt process?
If you are a tax-exempt entity purchasing items for your own use or a retailer purchasing items for resale please email a copy of your tax exempt or resale certificate to firstname.lastname@example.org . Note: IRS form W-9 and 501(c)3 letters are not acceptable forms of sales tax exemption. Customers are responsible for payment of sales tax until the proper paperwork and approval are completed by the Jostens Tax Department.
How do you customize the items I order?
Jostens uses different customization methods, depending on the item, fiber content and other garment factors. We use the process that will produce the best quality product for each individual item and the overall order. Because some items or orders require a mix of processes, you may notice a different feel or color shade when comparing multiple customizations.
How long do orders take?
Due to current disruptions in the industry supply chain as well as labor shortages, we are currently experiencing extended lead times. Currently, you can expect 4-5 weeks for our production timeline after blank goods arrive at our decoration facility. We are making every effort to get orders out as quickly as possible. After items are customized, you will receive a shipping email confirmation with tracking info. Shipping time is in additional. Delivery usually takes 2–8 business days depending on the delivery location in the Continental United States.
What is your return policy?
Products are custom and cannot be returned. Jostens will replace any product that arrives defective in decoration or garment. Jostens will not warranty any product that has been used.

Can you explain how creating a shop works?
Jostens School Store was designed to help schools, teams, clubs, boosters, events & companies offer spirit wear & team gear without any of the traditional hassle. It is completely free, requires no volunteers, no inventory and no cash management. There is no effort because everything is shipped directly to your home.
What if I want a unique design or my own logo?
You will have the ability to upload a unique designed for any Fan Shops and Bulk orders and we are developing the option the School Store post launch.
How do you prevent improper or offensive designs from being created?
All art work that is uploaded will need approval from the School Administrator and every order is reviewed carefully before it is processed. Jostens reserves the right to refuse all orders containing offensive or inappropriate language as determined by Jostens.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If you see a spelling mistake or have picked the wrong design, you have one hour after placing your order to contact us to cancel it. To cancel your order, you must contact Jostens School Stores Customer Service by phone at between the hours of Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. (CST). Please note that once an order begins production, you can no longer make any changes and we cannot stop the shipment
